City name was misspelled (yet the mailing label on the shipping box was correct). Claim the internet order went directly to the printer as I entered it. They printed my acct # and some other numbers, that made no sense, under the check #. That was not on the preview I approved. Claim satisifaction is their top priority. Obviously NOT.
