Braganza Constructions, Ryan & Matthew Braganza Property Scam Braganza Constructions fleeced me by "selling" non-exisrant off-plan properties working in collusion with Churchills UK India Siolim, Goa Nationwide

In June 07 I found an interesting property development in Goa entitled 'Braganza World'. One and two bedroomed properties in Goa were being marketed via UK agents such as Charlie Pritchard & Stuart D'Costa of Churchills Innovative Solutions [Isle Of Wight].

I was assured by Churchills that they had been working with Ryan and Matthew Braganza of Braganza Constructions for many years. Moreover, I was told, the Braganza family of Goa were reputable.

'Braganza World' was an offplan development and I was encouraged to pay the first 5,000 installment. There would be 5,000 payable in 08 & a final 5,000 in 09 when the project was said to be finished.

The reality of the siuation was that Braganza Constructions had not even obtained planning permission for creating 'Braganza World', much less had they done any work. They encouraged the redoubtable and disgusting Churchills agents to lie to investors and to tell us that the devlopers were "breaking ground as we speak".

I began to feel very insecure about going ahead with any furthur payments as I had no concrete proof that the property even existed. My instinct was correct. The property most certainly did not exist.

As Churchills went bankrupt and /or went underground, I was told I would have to deal directly with the Braganza family, be it Matthew Braganza or his son, Ryan Braganza.

I asked them for a refund and kept the situation cordial for a year. However, I could see that no refund was forthcoming. Mr. Ryan Braganza acknowledged in an email that I was entitled to a refund [me and other investors had invested in Braganza World, not any of the later projects, e.g Tropical Dreams /Tropical Haven, that he tried to shunt us into. Incidentally, these later projects are not materialising either]

In November 08 my partner was diagnosed with T3 terminal cancer of the oesophagus, lymph nodes and stomach glands. In March 09 a 2nd CT body scan showed that the cancer had spread into the lungs and he was given a 4 month life expectancy.

I let Ryan Braganza know that my situation was express and that he would have to cease the stress he was piling on me as I chased him for a refund and tried to look after my family and tend a dying partner.

That email, like all others, was ignored.

I realise the fictitious quaility of Braganza World and Tropical Dreams and earlier Braganza Constructions /Churchills collaberations has enabled its perpetrators make millions of pounds from other people's brow sweat.

This was, is ands always will be a property scam put together by people with stones for hearts and evil running through their veins alongside their blood.
