I purchased a car from this used car lot in October 2014. They advertise that every car is detailed inside and out prior to being sold, however mine was not and there were items in the trunk belonging to the previous owner. A few weeks later I got a flat tire due to a crack in the rim, when I attempted to change the tire I noticed that there wasn't a spare tire, jack, or a lug wrench. I contacted them and the owner told me that he would order a new rim and call me when it arrived. after a week of waiting I called to find out the status of the replacement rim, but i was told by the ownee that it had not been ordered. He advised me that if I purchased one out of pocket that he would take the amount off of my payments.

im sorry it posted half of the issue. Mr. Bragg was notified within 45 days of purchase that the car was displaying engine powwr reduced, but when it got to him the message disappeared. he told me to clean the throttle body and that would fix it. unfortunately that fix only lasted 2 months, which put it out of warranty. then when i only owed $509 to pay it off and was 2 weeks late for $200 due to being out of town for a family emergency he sent a guy to my moms to repossess the car. i notified him before i left that it may be late and he said it was fine juat pay it when i got home. they told my mother and boyfriend, who were not on my loan agreement, that i owed thousands of dollars and tried to collect a repo fee when they never took possession of it

The loan and the vehicle maintenance are two totally different things.
A written loan agreement can not be adjusted with a verbal promise. It will land you in hot water every time.
The only adjustment that can be made to a written agreement is through writing. Don't fall for that verbal promise to credit you a payment off of your loan. If he wants to pay for it, have him give you the funds directly and leave your loan alone.
