Brain Research Labs, LLC pressured my 86 year old mother to buy nearly $600.00 in supplements over the phone. She did not remember ordering them and when she call to return them the sales person said: "...that's why you need these pills mam." She asked to return them and he offered to give her $100 refund if she kept them. She said no and he kept offering partial refunds to keep the pills, he got all the way down to a $400 refund to keep the pills. She said; "where would I put them" and he suggested she put them in her closet! My mom got so frustrated with him she finally hung up. I called the next day and demanded a full refund. After another sales pitch the sales woman finally gave me a return number and I paid to ship them back. We will see if we ever get a refund.
