Branch Brook -Namco Pools Ripp off , Dishonest, Lairs, Scammners, Fake, Phonies East Hanover New Jersey

We bought a pool at Branch Brook Namco at their new location in East Hanover... The sales manager Ron was very eager to make the sale, thinking that I got a great deal I purchased a pool package, not being so blind I have had a pool before so I was aware of his lingo.

The pool was delivered almost a month later with missing parts, I called the corporate office and either to be hung up on or was on hold permantaly, finally I got to talk to a person named Dot who promised to call back and never did,

I called the store and they kept giving me the run around making up excuses and lies , telling me to call the next day and such, when I would do so they acted like they never talked to me , mind you this was the same person Ron I have been dealing with for over a 3 weeks on this pool . Please be aware they will lie and tell you anything you want to here.

when we went their in person he gave me another song and dance about giving us what he had in the back, this was in front of the store manager John also. So he said to call back 2 days later like they both told me, so then I proceed to call and he says no I cant do that for you .

This manager is a liar and fraud as well as Branch Brook -Namco themselves. They have cause a lot of lost money for having to cancel the pool installers twice and other necessities that come along with a pool installation BUYER BEWARE
