I hired Branded Logo Designs to put together my logo idea and build an e-commerce website. Communication was solid during the sale. The guy spoke great english. After what tthey said was a pre-authrization on my cc they began to work. Soon i discovered horrible communication. When I finally told them I was letting them go, they became upset, blamed and insulted me and refused to refund my money after I was told that i would have a full 100% money back guararantee. I called the number listed on the transaction and it was no good.

I contacted who I thought was the owner, Farrhaad Sheikh only to learn that they made him a victim of identity theft. He is not the owner, but a tech savvy independant contractor who is young and innocent. He was very helpful in giving me advice as to not only recovering my money, but pointing me in the right direction in finishing my project.
