Hello!  It is sad to see ALL of the ripoff  reports on here about Brandon Olson, Family Exchange, Olson Powersports, and Big Time ATV.

Not that it makes it any better for you guys outside of Texas, but he also ripsoff people here so close to home!

so what do you do now that you have no money, and he isnt answering your calls?  Trust me, we have been there!

1-never pay with a check again!  we paid cash, and it bit us in the butt.  EVERY big transaction is paid with a credit card now, so that you can do a CHARGE BACK if need be.  If you paid with a cahsier's check, have you checked to see if they can reverse the payment and take the funds back out of his account?

2-contact TXDOT! With selling ATV's, and dirt bikes, Mr olson is supposed to have a license from the state of texas to do so.  The Family Exchange does, but NOT olson powersports or big time atv.  With enough complaints they should investigate.  Also, to have a license with TXDOT, he is supposed to have a retailers agreement eith the company of whom he has wholesale access.  HE HAS NO WHOLESALE ACCESS TO THESE VEHICLES! The brand he sells has given us documentation that he is NOT a retailer.

3-contact the Texas Attorney General's office and file a  complaint!  They are here to ensure comsumer protection, and with enough complaints of a fraudulant business, they are sure to take action.

4-DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!  every time you call, every email!  At some point in time when there are enough complaints, enough people have contacted these state organizations, justice will be served, and you should all have your p's and q's to make sure it's done!

I don't expect to ever get money back.  It;d be nice if we did, but I really just want others to be forwarned.  We spent a LOT of money and have a broken product even after fixing and fixing things. And our child has something that was  bought that is a piece of junky material because it cant be ridden.....
