Brandon Relkoff and his team of scam artists will be put away soon. This scum bag presented himself as a legitimate private equity lender. Once we turned over our loan package to him he quickly told us that he was interested in funding the loan pending a site inspection and receipt of $8,500 due diligence fee. We sent him the "due diligence fee" and he immediately sent down his accomplice Cole Rader to do a site inspection. After the inspection was done we were soon told that the deal would be funded within weeks.

After the time came and went he started to make all sorts of excuses and pointing the blame amongst all those involved. He continued to stall and promise "for sure" closing dates but nothing ever happened. This process went on for months. Eventually, he tried to broker off our deal to another broker!

We have piles and piles of emails, documents and recorded phone calls with this scum bag and are in the process of turning him over to the White Crimes Division of the FBI. He has been steeling due diligence fees and crossing state lines for some time now. He continues to promise to pay back our due diligence fees but nothing has come of yet, other than more excuses.

This guy presented himself as a wealthy investor worth hundreds of millions of dollars. But, with a little research we found that he lives in a home worth $200k and still owes money on it.

Do not do business with this fat b***ard, he will take your money and ruin your project. Luckily he will not be around for long.

Whatever his rebuttal is to this will just be more of his bullsh*#. He is a scam artist and that is what he does.
