Where to start?

It all started about a year ago November, I was introduced to this scum bag through a good friend that had worked with him in the past, nothing to do with VC, and the friend actually used this scum bag to help him get a loan for some property (basically Brandon filled out the loan paperwork and helped him get a loan anyone could have gotten, my buddy was just trying to help him out.

It all started well, sent him his Money for his fee's etc. and then it all fell to s.h.i.t.

Just like everyone else has said, lost FedEx, Lost emails, computer breaking down, blah blah blah, it went on and on. We actually singed the final document's he flew into Indianapolis for us to do so. He was a bit surprised when my father, wife, business partner and his wife showed up to all sign, he we nervous as hell., fat and sweaty.

I don't even want to go into more details of this scum bag, long and the short, he caused me to have to file Chapter 7 due to his lies, and I mean lies. My business partner and I are all for suing him for whatever we can get, even if it is just to get him into federal prison that works for us! He is a worthless piece of s**+.t as everyone has already said, I pray to god he gets what is coming to him.

I have about 200 emails from him going back and fourth, about 150 text messages that thank god I saved even through a phone switch. If anyone needs to contact me please javeman1 at yahoo dot com is a good way, from there I will give you my personal email address I am willing to fly out to WA to attend the court hearing to make sure this Fat piece of Sh.it goes to jail!!!!! If his dad is involved in this business then I will see to it we sue him to, even if he has to go bankrupt his worthless son will have to live with the fact he forced his old man to go down in the pack of lies. Going bankrupt is one thing I can understand (after going through one) but lying and stealing is more than just wrong it is inexcusable, and he must pay for this!!!!
