James Rudy opened a merchant account with our company with the intention of processing transactions for the following websites.

1. www.runwayco.com does not provide Replica clothing. They offer payment solutions for ecommerce businesses.
2. www.trendlot.com provides replica clothing, though no products appear on the site. Coffee tables, sofas, apple peelers, nut crackers and computer images appear on this website as of 3.5.08. This website has been created to defraud the bank, and the processor.
3. www.trendpuma.com is not an active website as of 3.5.08.
Instabill's service was to provide this merchant with the ability to sell replica clothing from these websites, through a third party account. He was unable to qualify for a direct merchant account, because it was a high risk.
He was actually processing credit cards from an unauthorized source, www.brandpolos.com. All these transactions were ran fraudulently. Brandpolos.com is FAKE, name brand clothing. Many consumers are not aware they are buying replica clothing.
With shipping a fake Lacoste Shirt costs approx. $64, when the Real thing costs $72 according to other Rip Off Reports for his other company Runwayco. Report: #296350
31 transactions were processed before the account was closed. Not ONE of these orders was ever shipped. The merchant claimed to ship all orders within 24-48 hours.
James Rudy is most likely working out of an apartment; his company J D Rudy Enterprises is only himself. The working capital in his bank account is less then $1,000.00 JD Rudy Enterprises, began on January 2nd, 2008.

Hey Guys, This is James, the creator of the BrandPolos site.
The above post is a retaliatory "revenge" post from Instabill, an illegal, fraudulent, scumbag so-called credit card processing company, with more than 100 posts from other merchants that trusted them and were likewise betrayed.
Please read my report against them Ripoffreport# 313528 submitted on 2/29, you will notice that my report was filed EARLIER that this revenge post. So please consider their ridiculous comments with a grain of salt.

If you read our report against Instabill (in summary) We filed a report against them for refusing to refund customers that wanted a refund. By using Instabill you gave up any control of the merchant account, and we were at their mercy for about 31 transactions. Since we shut them down, and filed a lawsuit against them, seeking class action status, and effectively warned other businesses of their unethical if not illegal practices, they have said some things which are just downright untruthful.
