Received Binding Order for Service. It was not honored.
1/2 of our furniture was packed and loaded and at 6:30pm they said no more unless we sign for more costs. At that point, they had the truck with our furniture and we had one more day to be completely out of the house. Tried to work it out, but nothing. I told them this was extortion, they didn't care. so we signed under duress.
then end of 2nd day, a Friday, and everything loaded, came with another paper to sign for more costs. they had the 1st truck of our furniture off site already. so we signed again.
Monday called to see if they were still going to deliver that Wed, got more paperwork garbage about the "final" costs. ended up being over $4000 dollars more than BINDING quote. i even had to go and put CASH directly into their bank account before they would let the trucks leave. we were already in VA and the trucks were still in GA.
still nothing, nothing, nothing. finally late on Wed all of our stuff arrived. But after we had to pay the extortion to get our furniture.
RUN from this company and in particular the guy controlling everything, Louie Benton. Very unprofessional and no one else can do anything. the sales guy, office mgr and even the CEO (Revi Greeneberg) all say talk to Louie. turns out Revi is Louie's sister and she told me she was on vacation until some unknown time in the future. Louie was orginally introduced as the "dispatcher", but he told the guys when to show, who to show up, what boxes to use to pack, how to pack, how to load. So in addition to totally disregarding as irrelevant the BINDING quote, he could make up whatever costs he wanted to.
On top of all this, the packing job was a total joke. very unprofessional. And they stole our TV and Wii system/games.
Never use BRAVO moving! I have reported to all the agencies i can think of, BBB, FMCSA, AMSA... if anyone knows of anywhere else i can go to report please let me know. I don't want anyone to have to go through what we went and are going through.

#3 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Bravo Moving Company

I have had the same thing happen to me with Bravo Moving Company. They came and got my stuff from Greenville, SC and was supposed to deliver it to Colorado and they never brought it. I kept calling them when I got there and they would tell me they were on their way. Finally, they call me at work and said they were going to deliver my stuff today, but I needed to have like $2,000 or more in cash when they delivered that they couldn't take credit cards. If I didn't have it that day they were going to take my stuff back to Atlanta and sell it.
I didn't have that much cash on me and my friends were even going to let me use their credit card to pay it but they wouldn't take it. I didn't owe them but maybe $700 and they came back saying I needed to pay storage charges and it cost them more to deliver it that far. I threatened to get my lawyer and they said not to do that they would work something out and call me tomorrow since I couldn't get off work at that exact moment. So, the next day came and no call so I called them back.
They would not answer my calls and their voice mail was full. I talked to a lawyer in Colorado and they said there wasn't much I could do and that they probably were not anywhere near Colorado. So, I kept calling and sending emails and never, ever got a reply or in touch with anyone. I didn't know what else to do. So, I lost everything to them, brand new bedroom suit, TV, brand new washer and dryer, pictures, jewelry cabinets with jewelry in them, total gym, and so much more. Even stuff that my Mom and Dad gave me before they passed away. This was a few years ago and I have moved back to SC and I want to do anything and everything I can to make them pay.
They definitely should not be in business anymore!! I reported them to everything I knew to report them to, even a radio station talk show. So, if anyone is going to take action against them with a lawyer or something please let me know. Count me in!! My stuff I can never get back especially pictures and my Mom and Dad's stuff but at least it would give me peace of mind to know it wouldn't happen to anyone else. Thank you for any ideas on what to do!!

I have filed complaints with the BBB (www.atlanta.bbb.org), AMSA (www.moving.org) and the FMCSA (www.protectyourmove.gov).
Bravo has "responded" with a bunch of junk that my compaint on all counts is "False and Denied". that's it.... this was after a 1 day "investigation".
Please report Bravo if you have had a similiar experience with Louie, Chad and Bravo as a whole - that seems to be the only way to get any attention.
Also please click on the below link. Everytime someone does an email goes to Bravo that someone has seen the complaint ---(((ROR REDACTED)))
I hope all this will keep them from doing this to others, but i doubt it.
