I booked a flight to New York on April 7th, 2014.  The cost of the flight was £908.76. The booking was made on Monday afternoon, April 7th at approximately 4pm.  The flight was with Norwegian Air but operated by Hemus Air.  I assumed that Hemus Air was a Norwegian subsidiary of Norwegian Air.  However, I discovered that Hemus Air did not in fact exist!  The following morning I contacted BravoFly who offered me the choice between a transfer or a refund (£891.45).  I opted for a transfer.  The 'transfer' when it came was not onto a flight with another airline but onto the original flight which I had booked with the mention of Hemus Air removed! No explanation offered.  I did not take up this offer but requested the other option - a refund.  When I eventually heard back from RumboAir, they informed me that they were going to refund me £77.50.  No explanation offered as to why this was far less than the original amount which they had offered.  Since then, despite numerous telephone calls on their expensive customer call-line, I have received nothing.  I have since discovered that BravoFly has a very poor reputation.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and we are sorry that you are unhappy with your booking with us and the problems you experienced regarding the cancellation. 

We have since established where the error lay and sent you an email earlier in June offering you a full refund. It appears you may not have received this so I will ask my colleagues to contact you by telephone.
