Brazzers.com Bait and Switch=Rip Off! Internet

I cancelled my account with Brazzers.com because I no longer used nor could I continue to afford the appx $30 monthly fee. I cancelled my account on their website via an online form and confirmation of said cancellation was sent to my email.

Cut to a month later and I have another charge to my checking account from brazzers. Obviously this was confusing to me as I had cancelled my membership. I contacted their customer service via online chat and was told that I had indeed cancelled my membership but I had not cancelled another "promotional membership" that I had supposedly signed up for during my intial trial.

I have no memory of signing up for this supoosed promotion and was told by their customer service rep that unfortunately they could not refund my money since I had failed to cancel this other membership I didn't sign up for.

This is clearly a good old fashioned bait and switch that succeeded in bilking me out of money I didn't have and caused me to incur overdraft fees to my checking account. Afterall, I did cancel it because I could no longer afford it!
