I'm so disgusted with this Brasil Courier company... they can not just have taken our belongings and the money we've paid to them to delivery our boxes and get away with it. There must be something we can do about it...Last year my daughter had a baby, so I sent 2 boxes with baby's clothes, all kind of baby stuff and some personal things. One box got there last September and the other in October of last year. My daughter is still this day waitting and needing for the baby's stuff ... I called many times, and all they said is that they were awatting for the Brazilian Customs to release the containers. But now, they don't answer phone calls or anything anymore .
