On April 6, 2013 I entered into a contract with Michael Davis c/o Breakout Interactive Marketing, Little Monkey Consulting and CM Davis Holdings, LLC. I contracted out to Michael Davis in a contract stating that he, himself would preform website development and consulting services. I sent the files for the project on a Friday and was told that I would have a completed project early the next week. When i contacted Michael Davis I was met with "oh i will have things for your shortly."
I came to find out that he was not doing the work at all but sending it overseas to India to have done. When i did finally get a response from Michael Davis, it was a link to a site that sorta looked like what I gave him, but had been redone by this India-Based company. In my contract that I had Michael Davis from 1151 Lake Shore Drive Naples, FL 34103 sign, it cleary states that all work must be performed by Michael Davis and not be farmed out to an overseas vendor. Since this was clearly the case, I asked for my deposit back, clearly fraud and in direct violation of my contract.
It is clear that Michael Davis is a scam artist that lures individuals and companies via sites like Craigslist to rip them off by misrepresenting himself as something he is not, a true website developer/programmer.
Warning, do not use Michael Davis or any association with his companies; Breakout Interactive Marketing, Little Monkey Consulting or CM Davis Holdings, LLC.

Just to let everybody know, Michael Davis (ie. Breakout Interactive Media, CM Davis Holdings, inc., Little Monkey Consulting) uses this guy to do his website work/programming/development in India, even though he tells you it's him that does all the work. He also states that the work he does is just him, then when you're into the project he uses the word 'we'...not sure why it goes from 'me' to 'we'.
