Brean Murray Carret & Co Douglas Toth, Ongoing Securities Fraud!!! SEC Take Notice and Investigate - Gordon Brent Pierce Pump and Dump New York, New York

Just a warning to all my fellow tech investors out there. Bizzingo (Bizz.ob) is claiming to be the next Facebook & LinkedIn social media hub for B2B markets. This company is a total scam.

In reality, it is a pump and dump scheme fleecing investors out of their hard earned dollars. The scam is being secretly controlled by Nicholas (Nick) Thompson and Gordon Brent Pierce, both of whom are currently barred from the industry for past securities fraud issues. You (Reader and the Moderator) can Google their names with "SEC" or "FINRA" to verify that. This is an important message that needs to get out to prevent more investors from falling victim to this scam.

Douglas (Doug) Toth is the public face of the operation and he also has a checkered past. Now they have brought Brean Murray, Carret & Co into the scheme as they jointly are working to bilk investors out of hard earned money while millions are funneled offshore.  Bizzingo is also touting BPG Worldwide as an award winning developer working on their site.  They could care less about ever developing a real product, just look at the long history this company has of paying themselves large salaries with ZERO REVENUES.  All they care about is pumping up the prices while Gordon Pierce and Nick Thompson secretly sell their free trading shares from offshore accounts.

Madoff got away with it for years.  We can all band together to stop these crooks now.  Everyone who has lost money in Bizz.ob needs to file complaints directly with the SEC.  If we make enough noise we can stop Doug Toth and his crew of criminals.
