Bremerton Police Department Officer Jason Jennings Officer Jennings falsified information on incident report and had my minor child taken by CPS. Bremerton, Washington

In June of 2009 my spouse and I were having an on going argument about his parents and the things that were said over the last ten years by his mother. This arguement had been going on here and there for many years by this time. This last time the arguement got heated and I had enough. They had come to Washington in a attempt to see our son, something they knew they were not going to be able to do. So, in simple terms I had enough and my spouse and I verbally argued over their visit and they things that were said and done in the past. This part is not important but it leads up to what happened next. I was not budging on this matter and would not let them have anything to do with my son. My husband and I talked about this, never screaming or yelling about it but not agreeing either. I then called my mother and told her I wanted out of here, meaning out of Washington state. She lives in the south so she should have known what I meant by that comment but she didn't. I was crying and all I wanted to do was leave here and leave at that very moment. I wanted her help to get out. I hung up the phone with her and she called the police and told them I was upset and she was worried about me. Her exact words were that she was worried about me and wanted to know if they could check up on me because I was upset.

Fast forward a couple of hours. I was at my home. My spouse had gone to the school to get our son. A hard knock from the front door. When I opened it there were several police officers who promptly tried to force their way into my home. I asked them what they wanted with no answer and then I asked them for a warrent. I got neither. What I got was being pushed into the house and handcuffed. I became furious. I demanded to know what was going on and why. They started to walk through my home and go through my things which just made me madder. I was combative with good reason. I know the law and I know that you have to have a warrent to enter my home. They used the excuse they were protecting themselves and felt it important to enter the house. It was more than ten minutes later that they actually talked to me. They never said the reason they were there they just started asking me crazy questions as I was handcuffed and sitting in the back of a police car with no air conditioner at all sweating profusely the whole time. They asked me if I tried to kill myself, and I answered no. They did not believe me and decided they were going to transport me to Harrison Hospital for an evaluation. They jetted off with me more than twenty minutes later.

In the meantime the officers were going through my things in my home. My husband came home and was greeted by my neighbor who had went to my home when he saw them forcing me into a police car. Officer Jennings was talking to my husband and started to ask him questions. He asked him if I was suicidal, my husband responded no. He asked him if I was threatening him, he responded no. There are numerous guns in our home, most of them are locked in a gun safe but the shotgun was out. This shotgun was disassembled with no barrell on it. It was taken out of the closet to be put into the safe with the rest of the guns. We were not worried about it as it was not usuable. The officer asked about the shotgun and my husband did not say anythign about it as that was not an issue. By the time this was all said and done Officer Jennings reported officially in an incident report that I had loaded and aimed a shotgun at my husband. I had sold pot. I had grew pot. I was suicidial. I was previously commited. I was abusing my son. The list goes on. Officer Jennings stated in the report that my husband said this stuff to him. At no time did my husband say any of this stuff to him. Never. But Officer Jennings wanted to make sure my butt was put away on an involuntary commitment and falsified this information on the report. Officer Jennings called CPS and reported that I had tried to shot my husband and I tried to kill myself and many more allegations.

CPS took my son away from us using my husband to do it with and using the statements by Officer Jennings to do it also. This all comes down to I was combative, I told the cops to go F' themselves and I requested the law be followed as the Constitution directs it should. The due process was never served in this event. I did not take a large dose of pills, I have the reports from the drug screen to prove this, in a attempt to end my life. That statement was the statement they used to gain access to my home.

The system in Bremerton Washington is notorious for false allegations made to the CPS office of abuse. This Officer went above and beyound that by making the statements he did and using my husband to defend them. Watch your back with this place. You can google it and it is called Kidnap County, not Kitsap County. More children are taken from parents in this place than 96% of the rest of the state on false allegations. Unfortunatly my child was one of them and it all comes down to the way I talked to the cops in the first place. The police have a job to protect the public and to inform. When I asked for proper identification and papers to prove they could come into my home they should have complied but instead they handcuffed me and forced me into a police car while they built their own case against me. Beware of corruption in this city.
