I was going to rent from Brenda Kochar-she promised the world about a house she was renting and came through with nothing. It was still a dump the day I was to move in with trash everywhere, wires hanging out of walls, closet doors in the floor, broken windows, just filthy!!
I took her to court (you ought to check out to see how many cases she's has filed in court against tenants @www.courts.state.va, go to case infor, general district courts, chesterfield county, she has pages!!) and I won my case now I have a judgement against her since last October and filed through the Circuit Court in the Records against her property on Robious Forest Way and it will be on her credit.
Don't ever do business with this woman-she is a scam artist and a con!! She lives in a $400,000 home and can't pay me the $1,600 she rightfully owes me!!
