Brenda Morris Properties slum lord who refuses to fix anything Springfield Missouri

 Brenda Morris is a property owner,she charges you rent,after you pay her she makes excuses on why things don't get fixed. I own 2 fifth wheel travel trailers on 2 different lots on her property, she demanded a deposit on both and charged me 50 dollars extra for being a few days late on the rent. she knew 3 months ahead of time 1 of my trailers needed a 50 amp plug, I have repeatedly asked her to get it fixed, then cold weather came in, and if I didn't have a place to stay I would have to rent a motel or stay in my car, the breaker pops if I use 3-4 things at one time in my other trailer, sI have asked her repeatedly asked her to get that checked also and she refuses. I have paid a deposit and rent on 2 lots and can only uses 1.
