Please be forewarned of the fantasy, fiction, harrassment & ILLEGAL tactics that this so called company attempts to perform for an ALLEGED DEBT COLLECTION of $$$$$$$$$. If anybody is being harrassed by this POOR Excuse for a company than they should report this TOO, to the Governmental Agencies, etc.! If you google this company quote: Brennan & Clark fined, unquote you shall see all of the reported evil-wrong-doings reported by many others, as quoting their 1-800 #, 1-888-217-3212, as well! Hoping & praying that others are not being harrassed! The prestigious Law Firm (Edelman, Combs, Latturner & Goodwin, LLC/=1-312-917-4504 went after them on behalf of Carol Frye to defend her) projected a "Class Action Lawsuit" They (B&C) pretend to be lawyers on the phone messages when they do not even know what they are doing, saying, who they are calling, etc.! Brennan & Clark agreed to pay a total of $15,500.00 to such said class members (plus attorneys fees) were you expecting your check...??? well they are still up to their old ways, too bad, too sad but they should be punished by the Courts all over again, this is the real account now officialy declared past-due for real justice to be handed out!
