Beware and watch out if you do business with the Brent Brown Auto group in Orem, and Provo, Utah - They will not bend over backwards for you!  We purchased several vehicles from them about two year ago for business purposes.  One of the reasons we purchased the trucks is; because they offered what they say tires for life program where they will give you free tires if you use their dealership for all maintenance; which I agree with to help cover the cost of the tires. However after 2 years of using them we figured out there little lie to make more money, and charge you for maintenance items that aren't even required by the main manufactures of the vehicles.

Brent Brown Auto will require you to do service items on your vehicle that arent even needed or required by the manufactures of the vehicles to keep your tires for life, plus there prices to do the service are higher than most certified repair centers.  So this is there little hidden secret to get you to purchase the vehicle, but the end result is you will pay more for the tires than if you just purchased the new tires when you needed them.

Also they use the cheapest tire on the market when they replace them, and to make it worse when you have a blow out on the tire and it needs to be replaced they do not offer road hazard insurance on the tire so you have to pay there ridiculous price to buy the same tire.  I would suggest you run away from Brent Brown Automotive Group in Provo, Utah when you come down to it you pay more for no better service.  I tried to talk to them about the issues of the program, and all I got was "sorry."  When you hear Brent Brown on the TV he states "will bend over backwards to be your auto group," I agree you'll be bent over when you figure out how they overcharge for tires for life program.  This account is true, and not made up.
