 Gave him $300 after he came down from 3000, should've known something was wrong then, but he poteays himself as if he wants to help hungry artists with a low budget. I have emails to prove it and the last one he never responded to. STAY AWAY!

Hi, I'm Steve, I've actually had the pleasure of both meeting personally with Brett, as well as having a few artists sent my way to sign to RCA. I've known him since maybe 04 or so, and we've become great friends. Other than him keeping people at arm's length unless you've known him for a bit, and his weird hairstyle, he's a pretty decent dude. As far as him being a scam? That's far from the truth. I've found this because he told me about the lady, and I ended up hearing her music and seeing her in person. I've also had the.... "pleasure" of hearing her threatening phone calls to him after they had their.... "meeting". And everything makes sense now. Brett is scared to respond since he's a timid guy, and he's sort of afraid of confrontation and this lady.

The lovely lady and Brett actually met, discusssed music during a dinner meeting. They hit it off quite well and ended up going to Brett's house. They had.... and evening... and that was it. Apparently it seems that she thought this would get her way into the door. Dude... no. haha. We know the LA life, we know the music life, this isn't new. Once he gave her his opinion (which I agreed wholeheartedly), she started calling him often and leaving CRAZY voicemails. She would call every day and say she was a different police officer (literally, in a different voice), but would never identify what precint or whatever she's in. Each one said "we know where you are and we're coming to get you." each one got worse. I told him to change his number hahah. I believe he still has all the voicemails. The voices are what made me laugh, even though I should've felt bad for him. It was his first time being stalked by a woman. I've had my fair share of these days, but that was a long time ago when I wasn't married. Anyway, I'm sure she's going to see this being posted and rebuttal the rebuttal with a crazier story and I guess maybe even try to argue with me. I'll see if I can attach the crazy emails he forwarded to me from her, which was even more funny. I mean seriously.... she called him the Devil who preys on artists and none of us approach anyone unless their fanbase is significant. She's coming off as the chick you smash after the club, who caught feelings. He gets so mad when I say "You ol DEVIL you..." because he hates that now. But I hope that lady does get on some medication, seek therapy, and fix herself. Having sex and expecting a record deal..... only happens to Ke$ha. Man, she was hottt though. (the chick, not Ke$ha) I know for a fact that she's lying and the copy/pasted reports to libel his name? That's just low. Come on, what CFO knows his employees? Especially those of us who are rarely in any offices. Think about it: does your CEO know your name? Your CFO? Your CIO? There are 4k employees there, about the same as RCA had, and they're over us. 

I forgot to add...Brett will NOT give me my refund of $175. I have asked him about 10 times. He ignores the question. He will only say to send him music but I will not send him music because he does not work at Sony like he said he did. I want a refund but he will not issue a refund. No service was started with the $175 and he was lagging so I took matters into my own hand. After the CFO at Sony told me Brett is a fraud and to get an attorney, I realized that I made a huge mistake sending him the $175 to begin with. I asked him over and over for a refund and he ignores me. He only replied back when he learned that I will file a police report and I have Sony to back me up. He just said "send me music links". First off I don't want his matterless opinion of my songs because he is no professional in the industry. Secondly, I asked for a refund which he refuses to give me. So he just robbed me cold blooded. He took my $175 for nothing and refuses to refund me. I am going to file a police report and get an attorney.
