These fraudulent and unethical con-artists who call themselves "Immigration Lawyers" engage in false billing, fraudulent charges, do shoddy work, and prey on the weak and poor immigrants of New York City and the world. They routinely file false Political Asylum applications and lie to the courts. They charge hundreds of times the normal going rates of $25,000 or more and should be closed down immediately and raised by Immigration and the FBI. Kerry Bretz, one of the owners with his Partner that old fart Jules Coven, is a sexual predator who has a Facebook page consisting mostly of young poor Mexican girls, who he probably represents for free to get sexual favors. This law firm only hires stupid young Attorneys right out of law school and pays them $7 bucks an hour to so crappy work, while billing them out at $500 an hour. Meanwhile Kerry Bretz hangs out on sailboats and has sexual relations with young Mexican girls all around the country. Truly the scum of the earth.

Please take notice that Cyrus D. Mehta; Cyrus D. Mehta & Associates, PLLC; Bernard P. Wolfsdorf; Wolfsdorf Immigration Law Group; Kerry William Bretz; Bretz & Coven, LLP; Susan B. Henner; and Susan B. Henner, Attorney at Law, PLLC (the Plaintiffs), have initiated an action in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, in the County of Maricopa, Case No. CV2011-054721 (the Action).
In the Action, the Plaintiffs seek to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact information, IP address, any other information which would identify you, and any other messages that you have posted on the website known as Rip
Off Report, located at www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "JOSHUA" or any other pseudonym, about one or more of the Plaintiffs.
