To Mr. Greiner,

I was recently informed about this internet site...I am the owner of the old Leisure time facility.  The new name is Boreal Water.  What Brian Greiner wrote is totally false.  There has not been any lawsuit filed against Mr. Silverstein. I met Mr. Silverstein while being in the water business.  My working relationship with him is strictly friendship.  My name is Francine Lavouis.  Everything that Brian Greiner and his wife wrote is 100% a lie.  I will not have anything to do with Brian Greiner based upon his checkered past.  

To all concerned, I recently read the false allegations made in reference to Mr. Silverstein offering in any way shape or form any alleged form of bribery.  I was the inspector and the auditor that Mr. Silverstein hired with the guidance of Mr. McPhail.  Never at any time was there any talk of or physical exchange of any sort of behind the back interactions. In fact let the truth be known, Mr. Silverstein saved his company from failing the audit by working extremely hard in the preparation of getting this facility in line in order to PASS the audit, which at the end worked out after Mr. Silverstein resigned his position.

Mr. Silverstein was never fired, and according to all the partners involved in whom I personally spoke to, it was because of Mr. Silversteins tenacious ability to bring in and maintain all there customers under extreme conditions in this facility, and to keep this bottle water plant from going out of business after we all found out that the company was almost bancrupt as a result of a transaction made to a customer by one of the members of there LLc.  Mr. Silverstein as I know has an impeccable reputation.

I will say one thing about the internet and this site.  It is a very dangerous site and can potentially hurt any individual or company.  These sites must truly be taken with a grain of salt.  

Mr. Silverstein has over 28 years in this industry and has built a brand new beautiful facility.  The customers he has dealt with in the past and ones in the future are standing in line to do business with a very passionate, honest and extremely professional man.

I would prefer not putting my name on this document.  However if anyone needs to contact me in regards to this, please contact Mr. Silverstein and he will put you in contact with me and my company, who by the way was recommended by the Walgreens Co. in which Mr. Silverstein brought into Pioneer Water Bottling Co. 

It is sad to see that one of the employees of this company would have anything to say that would not be only positive. 

I will end this letter by saying look who wrote the report, and know that I am coming forth to attempt to make this rebuttle as crystal clear as possibel and to make sure innocent people do not get affected by this ridiculous web site that the internet permits to be allowed.

My most profound and sincerest apology to Mr. Silverstein for having such a misallegation of facts printed again on this website.
