Brian Kesneck, Bankers Insurance Company, Lisa Basta Thompson This is a criminal organization. They aid and abet their agents in fraud and extortion. They continually violate CA insurance codes ripping off thousands of consumers daily because they know the CDI will do nothing to them. They stole my great grandfathers property from me by fraud and got caught by the CDI. st petersburg florida

I was arrested and posted Bond with Jake Peters and Bankers Surety.  I put up several properties.  I was out on bond for a year and complied completely.  After a year Peters stated I was responsible for a $25K renewal fee.  I decided to surrender back into custody.  I was released in 3 weeks and all of the charges were dismissed. 

Peters charged me the $25K anyway and immediately foreclosed on my property.  He ballooned the debt from 2,500 to 80K in a couple months.  I filed a complaint wit the CDI and multiple complaints with Bankers who did nothing to help me.  The CDI determined that the 25K was a fraud and should be reversed along with the other charges.  Brian Kesneck was laughing at me over the phone while he was holding my mothers properties hostage.  Bankers lied to the CDI and to me and would not revers all of the fraudulent charges. 

They foreclosed on my property and continued to hold my mothers properties hostage for 8 years while trying to extort $250K out of her because she is an elder.  Peters was arrested in 2015 and charged with multiple felonies including a felony extortion in this case.  I filed a lawsuit against Bankers, Kesneck, and Peters.  Banker hired some crooked lawyers from LA who are hiding e-mails proving Kesneck was going to split the cash with Peters from the sale of my property that I got from my Great Grandfather. 

They filed a demurrer and I defeated it.  They filed 2 Motion for Summary Judgments and I defeated both.  Trial is in 30 days.  Kesneck committed several counts of perjury under oath at his deposition and so did Lisa Basta Thompson.  These people think they are above the law.
