Attorney Brian M. O'Connell of Ciklin, Lubitz P.A. and his minion Simone Witkin, a Florida "professional guardian" have colluded for years to abuse the flaws within the Guardianship system.  One of the largest families in Palm Beach County has a deceased matriarch in less than 7 months under Simone Witkin's negligent care and Brian O'Connell's guidance, all for their big payoff.  Brian M. O'Connell hides behind Catholic Charities as their attorney, a title only earned by legacy of his deceased father.

 To quiet the Mother of 11 and her resistance, the active widow was immediately medicated, sedated and isolated.   The new zombie medications caused her dizziness, many unprecedented falls, breaking her arm, her vertebrate and finally five ribs whereby one punctured her lung.  Simone Witkin as Guardian falsified the death certificate and stated "natural causes".  The Palm Beach Medical examiner and State of Florida was contacted by the family and cause of death was amended and a corrected DC was issued.

The family had decades old Trusts and proper estate planning but when Brian O'Connell saw the grandmother's millions, he knew how to get around the system.  They are supposed to act independently and neutral for the alleged incapacitated person, but since the Court appointed attorney and guardian are in collusion, it exploits one of many flaws in the Florida guardianship system.  Under Florida law, Until July 1, 2015 a three person panel appointed to determine "incapacity" ONLY gets compensated if they find the person incapacitated.  So if your greedy angry child or bitter friend simply demands an Emergency Temporary Guardian - it starts the court process and your family can not escape!
