He refused to pay the entire office. The entire staff walked out on him on August 7, and he refuses to pay anyone 8/22/18. He claims to be a former NFL football player. He scams people out of money and lies to people. Liberty Financial USA LLC Liberty Debt Solution LLC OC WEST LLC he claimed to own. He wrote up contracts on companies he doesn't own. This guy is a scam artist. Our entire staff was evicted from the office we were working (1300 Quail St Suite 202 Newport Beach, CA 92660) for because he didn't pay the lease. The office temperature was 91 degrees because the leasing office shut it off since he didn't pay his lease since Jan 2018. We got multiple eviction notices taped to the door. The office manager had problems with our phone lines and because the bill was past due. I heard that he liquidated the company account to pay personal bills and not his employees. Consider this warning shots Mr. Roche. As I have far more information that I will post until you make good on what you owe people. He cheated on his wife with one of our office employees he had her work with us and I found out he didn’t pay her either.

On September 05,2018 in Superior Court of The State of California a law suit was filed against Brian M Roche case number 30-2018-01016550-CU-OE-CJC

I would like to have additional information on Mr. Roche and Liberty: Are the employees still out of work and the office closed?
Are you considering a lwasuit against Mr. Roche? Does Mr. Roche owe other employees or have creitors that haven't been paid at Liberty and others?
Is there any other information about Mr. Riche's business practices or criminal record that would be helpful in a legal action Mr. Roche?

This man needs to be exposed to what he is doing to people. He lied to all of us when he told us he was the owner of Liberty Financial USA. When we first started we were Liberty Debt Solution LLC and then for some reason we switched to Liberty Financial USA. Both companies he did not own. He never wrote us checks and paid us cash. We all figured that he was to busy but when Aug 6 came and he did not pay us. We all decided to walk out on him. I still haven't been paid and he does not answer any of my calls. I sent him a text message and he told me that he is not going to pay me any money because he is broke and can't pay us. The office manager told me that there was plenty of money in our accounts and that he just doesn't want to pay anyone.
