Brian Patrick McTeggart purports to be a licensed contractor who specializes in large renovation projects and restaurant building.  He is NOT licensed in California and has flunked the CSLB test numerous times.  He has been convicted of several crimes, most recently contracting without a license for which he is awaiting sentencing.  He notoriously cons people out of their money, uses it to feed his gambling addiction, and abandons his jobs when he takes his victim for as much money as he can get from them.  He has made terrorist threats and has been arrested and done jail time for several other offenses. He uses fake company names such as "NPS" and "Restaurant Development Services."  His most recent enterprise located in Irvine is fronted by a former cocktail waitress who has no experience in contracting and no license to conduct this kind of business in the state of California or elsewhere.  BEWARE of this individual.  He is a notorious criminal who will bilk you out of your life savings and is extremely aggressive, antagonistic and will lie, cheat, steal and forge documents if it suits his purposes.  PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
