When you meet Brian its all about the sales pitch he will tell you the more you put down the more assured you are he can help get you fiancing with the next few years.His entiore scam is to get you to spend your money to repair his clients properties and keep the down payment you thought was to go torward the purchase .he never tells you its a nonrefundable deposit insted he tells you it is transferable and he will work with you.H e is a scammer he takes deposits frommultitudes of people on the same properties and never refunds the monies.He even uses action home buyrs int. as his co name when he is actually just results management or brian scaglioa nothing more the n a shady businessman looking to take peoples dreams and turn them into his next vixtim or meal ticket

To Whom it May Concern:

I do not know who the author is of this report, and therefore cannot comment on the specific situation.  Regardless of the author, there is false and misleading information contained.  I will comment on the specific allegations:

It is true the more money some one has, the better the possibility of getting financing as the lenders will have more confidence in lending money to some one when they are more invested.  To that extent, my role to find a lender for a buyer would be greatly improved.

Any down payment given is for option consideration, and is used toward the purchase of the house. In all agreements it is clearly outlined it is non-refundable if the buyer does not exercise the option to buy, and is thoroughly explained. Having said that, if we can provide answers to the buyers needs if it's not the house they occupy, we would certainly consider that.

When a buyer makes repairs to a house, it is because the occupant has chosen to do so to increase their quality of life in the house. increase the value, or for a variety of other reasons.  It also needs to be approved by the landlord in advance.  Again, all terms and conditions are in writing and fully understood in advance.

Certainly it is unlawful and illegal to collect multiple deposits for the same property and has never been done.

Results Management Co. is the property management company that manages the property, and Action Homebuyers International Inc. is the company that owns the real estate.

We have had many successful occupants become owners, and I challenge the author to provide proof of these allegations with specific details and/or paperwork supporting these falsities.
