September 2016 we accepted to conduct a worker compensation investigation in order to determine if the subject was in deed incapacitated or if it was a fraudulent claim. After a week of extensive work we had enough to prove that the subject was in deed comiting fraud and had a false claim. We provided a full report to His first in command office manager Brodie and she forwarded the claim to bBrian Varallo. Everything was perfect and they were please with our investigation which probably saved well over $500000 to Capcon Group / Brian Varallo owner of the company.

He contacted us and promised payment 30 days. 60 days, 90 days, 6 months... We filed suit in New Jersey and we win judgement by default. Brian put nothing under his name and has other company to move his money. As of March 16 , 2018 we still have not heard from the debt collector who is supposed to lien any money in any bank account. We spent almost $2000 of our money plus the cost of filling claim in New Jersey.

This has been a nightmare and it seems that according to his office manager he does this to many investigators that work for them. He simply wont pay. The court took forever to get done and we are in the hole because of this : Sociopath. Do not conduct business with this man or any of his companies you will get screwed. We did everything perfect and saved the insurance company a boat load of money. He refused to give us the client names and do not answer our calls. This is a human piece of human waste.

New Update Bryan Varrallo CapCon

AUTHOR: Jimmy - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 19, 2020

Last year almost a year ago I updated the report to a positive status. However Bryan Varrallo from CapCon did not hold his end of the barging. He requested that all fillings against him were to be deleted and to simply write that we had come to a positive ending and that it was simply a mistake or misunderstanding.

He claimed that he was not aware of the situation and also blamed the post office, for losing mail Ect. Well now we hit a new level of of incredible b.s. .To this day we have not been paid a penny and and we had to write to him that he was to stop the harrassment and even threats with his attorney for making him lose money due to the fact that we provided a bad reputation for him and his company.

He refused to give me his attorney name and is now clearly a person with no integrity or moral values when it comes to making good on the money owed for great work rendered. He is a complete liar, deceitful and arrogant person that think that he is above the law and that there is nothing we can do to get our money that he owe us.

After several, texts, emails, phone calls and nonsense going around and sending the same documents over and over it is clearly a real problem for us because we have not received any money for work completed in October 2016. I do not recommend anyone to trust this person and you can see for yourself that he tries very hard to be invisible on the internet.

He is a crook as far as we are concerned and no positive updates will be made this time until we get paid in full. We can provide the entire texts conversation that took place last May 2019. So that there is no confusion on change in the wording as I have experienced with him so many times before.

Bryan Varrallo Cap Con Fix this situation in a professional manner.

AUTHOR: Jimmy - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, June 02, 2019

After months of going back and forth Cap Con and Owner Bryan Varrallo, we were able to discover that there were some error made on either transit of communication from invoicing to payroll to former employee of CapCon. Errors were made which cause this big mess of having us waiting for payment for over 2 years.

After discussing finally over a few phone conversations we were able to find out what and where the mistakes were made in order for us to get paid. Mr. Varrallo has been responding in a positive matter of which we are planning to get this resolved within a couple of days and even talking about future huge projects that would benefit both of our companies.

When a person is owed money for services rendered sometimes tempers flairs and it can get to a point where you say things that can be hurtful to a person on both personal and professional level. So in conclusion Mr. Varrallo already has checks ready to go out and has made arrangements to ensure that we get paid before June 1st. 2019.

This has been a point in my professional career of which I would sincerely apologize for certain words used against Bryan Varrallo. It was written while temper was high and frustrated because payment had not been received for months / years. It appears that the post office either lost or had the original checks completely destroyed and the second ones sent were missing information from an invoice that a certain person had not properly updated the mailing address.

So we are in very good standing with CapCon and Mr. Varrallo and look forward in a long future business relationship that will be prosperous for us. I want to apologize for certain words stating and going back I really think that it was out of line. I am looking in a great future with Bryan and wish him nothing but positive future success as everything has now reach a point where what cause this issue to last so long which should of never happened in the first place if certain employees would had communicate with the both of us instead of not doing so.

Everything has been rectified and we are both now on a great path and have great respect both mutual. So Bryan I thank you for having reached out to get this resolved and even have already the checks ready to be in our account by May 31st. Thank you Bryan for having reached out and I apologize on my part for certain statements that were out of line. Respectfully Jimmy Maheux Lead Detective Corporate Security Intelligence Services LLC.

This is for those who may be fouled by guys that dont pay. I'm giving you a great example. Maybe it's not ethical but 2 years and a judgement and I still did not get paid. Yeap. The world is full of these POS. Next time get a contract and retainer up front. They get it because I get it.

Only in EP work I have to trust my employer or POC. I still like to get a contract or lots of emails and texts with what and when I should get paid. Bryan Varrallo is one of those POS. He owes me $7000 on a case we saved a 250K to half Million Dollars Case. He was a referral from a friend that I've done lots of work and never had problems but this guy Varrallo owes several subs and is or was at least under investigation in New Jersey from the State Police.

They also took my Statement. But that MFPOS still managed to avoid paying a court order I have. His day will come very soon on the Federal level as he made a huge mistake and I will get what's mine or he will do time. Bryan Varrallo from Cap Con is a thief so be careful and get a retainer in full.
