Before doing business with Brian Walker of Walker Commercial Funding you may want to check his criminal record in Missouri where he spent time in jail for manslaughter. He was driving drunk, on a suspended drivers license (due to previous DUIs) and killed someone in the process. That's right. This "upstanding, honest, citizen" is a felon. He's ROBBED SOMEONE OF THEIR LIFE!

Oh, and he seems to run with this kind of people. Cindee Walsh who is listed on his website as his underwriter has pleaded guilty in Utah for sexual child abuse. Yup. Had a nice ankle bracelet to go with her negotiations with the prosecuting attorney. http://www.co.utah.ut.us/Dept/Sheriff/

We did our research and this is what we came up with. Brian was trying to promise us the sun, moon, and stars and to charge us 5 points for a simple commercial loan. We got a much better deal from a bank right here at only 1 point. And they didn't charge us any other fees either, nor subject us to a filthy foul mouth. I'm so glad I did not let TWO felons see all of my personal financial information!

First of all, yes, people make mistakes, but Brian is an upstanding guy. He made a huge mistake and took a life, it could happen to anyone who chooses to drive after drinking. He has paid his fees and feels bad about his choice to drive drunk every day because you can't take that back.
He never once charged fees on anything until it was funded. No upfront fees was his biggest claim and he held true to it every time.
Also, you are currently guilty of defaming Cindee Walsh's character. First of all you do not have first hand knowledge of what happend to her. Her ex, Kent Gubler molested his own kids and her cousin for years, she found out about it and reported it and Utah did nothing.
She did NOT know her next husband Thomas was doing it and when it was brought to her attention, she thought it was Kent and never suspected Thomas at all. Kent, to get back at her for the accusations she had made against him told the court that she knew about the things Thomas had done and didn't report it.
Cindee did not and would not have allowed her children to be abused by anyone. Her plea bargain that she took in order to save her children from having to go to court and put through more stated, she DID NOT KNOWINGLY allow thomas to abuse the kids. The neglect case and the abuse case are the same Babette.
Cindee was able to get her plea reduces to misdeamors and therefore it not a felon. You have a defamation of character lawsuit coming from Cindee Walsh Babette, faslifying information publically like this is punshishable by law and Ms Walsh will be taking steps to ensure you are fully litigated. Or should I say Ms. Peters??
