Brian Wiliams took over $3,000.00 from me. He said he could negotiate and get back $17,000.00 form money i paid some home based businesses that i was defruaded from. After i paid Brian Williams all the fees through moneygram sent to three of his accomplices, i never received my money. It was a scam.
