 Claims automotive service shop software does specific functions and dose not, numerous functions do not work. No phone or address available on their site for contact, you can only email their help online. They take forever to answer an email and said a fix was coming, it never came. After complaining I was shut out of their online help. I found them through research and they are bribeck technologies owned by Brian Rowe and found a phone #. It answers with his message but the voice mail is always full. They are in MASS. I paid $200 for this software and it doesn't work, its a glorified Access Database with numerous issues. The testomonials on their website are out of business. There are several other complaints I found online about this company. Do not purchase from these people, they are criminal. They must figure its only a couple hundred bucks and people will give up. Whats really bad is they only use Paypal and its hard to get a charge back as they do communicate with Paypal although they won't contact the customer or respond to the customer.
