Please, please do not purchase your dress from Bridal Showcase! I am writing this review in hopes that what happened to me will not happen to anyone else. I went in looking for a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding in which I was the maid of honor. The salesperson took my full payment , ordered the dress for me and let me know she would call me when it was in. 3 weeks before the wedding I began to call the shop to find out when the dress would be in. I was promised by Yvette (Manager) and Maria (Owner) that the dress would be in on time. When it came down to a week before the wedding they said that they would have the dress overnighted from the manufacturer.....that never happened!!! WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING I NEEDED TO GO DRESS SHOPPING AT THE MALL TO FIND A DRESS!! Worse yet, Bridal Showcase will not refund my money!!! Nor, will they return my calls. Their customer service ends when they have your money.
Please do not let this happen to you, do not purchase at Bridal Showcase, there are plenty of reputable shops with beautiful merchandise that have better business practices.
