Bridal warehouse Louisville ky Rude and a rip off! Louisville Kentucky

 I recently spent 200$ on a bridesmaid dress and when I got the dress back it was 6 inches to long! 

On top of that the one strap on the dress had not been taken in the inch that I paid for! when I told the 

lady who was going to alter my dress that I was not going to pay for the altercation due to it being their fault

she left me and went and talked to the manger for 20 mins!! When the manager came over to talk to me she said that 

she couldn't do anything about it because I shld know dresses come to long on most ppl! Umm coming from someone 

who never wears a dress I do not know that! I would've had to be at least 6ft for that dress to fit me! I got frustrated and went to change... The lady doing altercations pulled the curtain open(while I'm trying to get the dress off!) and says I guess we are not going through with altercations. I said no. Her response was mmmm k! In a very smart alec way. Never again will I step foot in that store!! No customer care at all! It's like they were trained to be rude!
