We bought a car from Drivetime about 2 years ago. Starter went out 6 months later, their horrible warranty only pays for THE PART. I had to pay for a new battery and the labor, and waited for HOURS because they took their sweet time sending the information. When he sent the wrong info they didn't even contact the shop. Got it inspected and spent nearly $1,000 because the lower arm control valves were BROKEN. before they came and repoed as we lost income and was paying bit by bit, the transmission was starting to go. When we signed the papers they said it comes with a GPS and that they don't track it but we can. LIARS. Repo guy said he was tracking our movements. Glad they took it away. Drive time is a RIPOFF
