This Senior Housing facility run by Jerry Adams for National Church Residences has a habit if if you report him for violation of Housing Rules and regulations or for unsafe living conditions or health hazards, he will do anything he can to evict you and will even make up stories about you to get you out. Notifying National Church Residences about this mans underhanded schemes and unfairness to residents goes unanswered and the complaint is sent directly to Jerry Adams and then the war to remove you grows even worse. When you can't take it anymore and call Adult Protective Services about the situation, they will help you move and find a better place to live. When Adams knows that you are moving he will do an inspection while you are moving, which he is not allowed to do until you have removed your property out. Adult Protective services helped me clean and vacume and even they said the premises was left in good condition. I had lived there for almost 6 years. I had a $100 dollar security deposit and $300.00 Pet Deposit, which nothing was returned to me. Jerry Adams waited 55 days before notifying me I wasn't getting a refund for totally bugus reason as Protective Services will vouch that there was no reason to keep my money and the interest. National Church Residences was notified 4 times about my not receiving my refund and gave no responce. The refund is suppose to be given within 30 days of my moving, not 55 days. I still have all the paper work. I moved Dec. 10,2007 and didn't get a letter from Jerry Adams until Feb. 3.2008.
