Bridgestone APM terminated due to work injury and broke doctors restrictions ripoff Upper Sandusky Ohio

i was injured on my job on 3-21-05 was not allowed to seek medical help from injury at work for three days, was written up 2 times for work injury. the doctor i finally saw wrote work slip after splinting my right hand and taking me off work due to the injury and putting me on narcotic medications and sent me home.

i then took work slip to shop and went directly home within an hour of leaving the doctors office i was called by the plant manager and told i had to come back in to work the doctors slip state that no bilateral use of hands until the 28th i saw the doctor on the 23. i was told if i didnt come back in to work i would be terminated. could not afford to lose job so went back in under the influence of the narcotic medications. driving myself to work.

when i got to work i was made to write out 500 lot cards by hand with the hand with the splint, and put labels on 2000 shipping cards.. the doctor specifically stated on work restrictions no repetitive work with either hand.

the next morning at 7:30 am i was called by the hr person in our plant who had called the doctors office and changed my follow up appointment from the 28th to that morning at 9:30 am during which i was taking my husband who is a bilateral amputee back and forth for chemo for cancer.

they gave me jobs of sorting and cleaning parts with chemicals that i didnt have protective equipment and ventilation for MEK and TOULENE the list goes on and on when i asked for hazzard material data sheets i was sent ones that were outdated and when i told OSHA about it they just called and had them send me updated ones.

I have contacted EEOC ,OSHA, ADA and all will not do anything about this employer. i was terminated the day that I contacted OSHA anomiously. how did they know i reported them? seems like all the rules and regs protect the employers and not the employees.
