Glenn and Greg Morello, entered into a contract to buy my business and used my equipment, which was paid for 100%, as collateral for a loan in excess of $500,000 which the bank then funded 100% to them! Glenn and Greg provided a paid invoice to the bank which they never paid me, the owner of the equipment. This while I was in the hospital for a few months with a life threatening injury. Glenn then paid for a Golf membership with his share of proceeds through a corporation known as Golf Around. Greg purchased a Town Home with his girlfriend, unknown to his wife and Glenn after purchase of a new BMW threatened me that if I said anything I would never be paid. Well years later Glenn copped a plea and stated he knew nothing of his brothers deals, which was a lie. Now Greg divorced from his wife and Glenn, they both seem to live happily ever after while taking 25 years worth of work and stealing it through bank fraud!

I later found out that Glenn and Greg did the same thing to two other unsuspecting business owners, both of the same ilk having worked their whole lives and lost everything to Glenn and Gregg whom collateralized assets of each business that was owned by each owner free and clear and then moving the equipment around to their various shops to hide from Banking Institutions. When the banks went to foreclose on Glenn and Greg, my equipment which I was never paid for was collected by a bank stating there was liens on it from a business they bought in another county.

Glenn and Greg Morello are two brothers whom committed Banking Fraud and yet due to the massive bank bailouts prosecutors felt it was not big enough and too complex to chase the case down even though it too should have been considered a RICO Statutory Fraud case.
