This Marketing company sells certificate for one hour teeth whitening at Costco, Best Buy and Bally's Fitness Clubs. I bought 3 certificates at my daughter's insistence to try it. I kept these certificates until recently, I noticed that they were about to expire. I called the number of the dentist listed on the certificate and was surprised to find out that they no longer honor this certificates. They referred me back to the 1800 number for the company that sold the certificate. I spoke to a very rude customer service representative who would not listen but just like to hear herself talk. After raising my voice to interupt her, I got to tell her my certificate number which she can't seem to find in her computer database. She proceeded to instruct me to go through the hoops to satisfy her of my purchase. I told her that she just want to make this difficult so the company does not have to accept responsibility for what they sold. I told her that I will report the company to the Better Business Bureau and she said go ahead! It is unfortunate the large company's like Costco, Best Buy, and Bally's affiliate themselves with a company that tarnish their reputation. I will never buy any promotional items sold at Costco, Best Buy and Bally's Total Fitness. We work hard for our money and deserve to get what we purchased.
