We used to use these guys when they were Milliken Distribution; they are still ran by the same guy, Blair Milliken. This last order has been horrible. 

We ordered some custom metal awnings for a client. The amount PRE-PAID to their company was $4959.12 on 10/7/15; since they said they no longer take credit cards. I thought this was very fishy, as they used to. Our contract said 3 - 4 weeks for production. 

I started calling around the week of November 2; to get an ETA. I was told they would ship out the week of Nov. 9th. I e-mailed on 11/20/15; did not get a response. No one would answer or return our phone calls or e-mails; we have been told our rep (Tammi Mac) is making sales calls; when in fact, she is gone out of state on vacation. We have been told the other rep is out getting paint; then a week later, we have been asked the color of what to paint it.

I have had to call 3 - 4 times a day just to get a hold of someone; only to be blown off again.

I was told twice by the sales rep that the displays are done; just their shipper has not picked them up. This was December 8th. I have been given at least 8 different dates they would be complete. I called the Secretary of State to verify their company status. I finally reached the owner; (through his other company) who apologized, but tells me that haven't even been finished. 

I was then told they would be ready to ship on 12/21/15. Then we found out they weren't ready again; so we scheduled our carrier, which we have paid for (since I don't trust these guys to get them on a truck) for Monday, Dec. 28th. The owner calls and says they haven't even been crated yet; which is bizarre, since he gave me dimensions and weights of the crates the previous Friday. 

I just checked to see if they have been picked up; this company took it upon themself to re-schedule OUR own shipper. They have not called, e-mailed or texted. 

All in all, very bad company to work with. I have no problem with a company running behind; but lying to your clients is very, very poor business. Lying multiple times is even worse. I think is' pathetic not to answer the phone and let a client know what is going on. I will never use these guys again. Each time they tell me a different date; I pass that along to my client. Now, my client is very upset with us based on the actions of this company. I will update if we ever receive our job.
