I have sent $550 to Bright Yorkies $50 of that is for home delivery.When they took tthe teacup puppy to the airport,the caarrier service who was to deliver the puppy to my home in palm coast Fl.
The carrier service emailed me and said that the airline requird insurance on the puppy the amount was $970
they can't send the puppie until that is paid. I should have been told that up front from the seller because he
ships puppies all the time.I called the seller his name is NDiKud Mackensie to tell him that why didn't he inform me of this . ahe said that ke would call me back.HERE IT IS 8pm . He never called me since I last spoke to himat about 1P.M.
He has a 30 day money back gurantee the puppy never left Baltimore and I could not afford to pay the $970.
I have tried to call him mutiple times and emailed him several times and he has never got back to me.
I told him I wanted a refund as per your web site and what he told me on the phone.So far he hasn't got in touch
with me.
Went to his web site www.BrightYorkies.com and wrote to him through there. I hav e to believe I have been scammed.
So I would like to warn if you want to but a teacup yorkie stay away from Bright Yorkies .com He will take your money and never get back to you. The number is 240 382 3332 STAY AWAY!!!!

Please file a report with the FTC ( federal trade commission ). I understand they've had several complaints on bright Yorkies and are looking into it. I was scammed by them as well. Hope this helps

tHIS ISSUES WITH bright yorkies Has not been settled. He has not sent me a refund.I sent an email to ask when can I expect a refund he stated in an email this week. Then the next email he stated that they will not be going to issue a refund.
So this seller NDIKUD MACKENSIE 240 207 4107 HE IS A SCAMMER. This has not been resolved.

Did you ever have this issue resolved. I am giong throught the same nightmare right now. I even raised your complaint with the breeder and he claimed that it has been resolved. Is that true?
