Brighter Daze Farm, Joann Bright, Joann theis, Nicola bright, Adam theis Did not pay back $6400 dollars owed back to me after removal of horses off the property. Newark Illinois

After paying for yearly board we were blessed with the opportunity to own our own farm. I spoke to Joann about leaving and she agreed to refund me back remaining months of horse board that I paid up front for the year. I wasn’t in any sort of contract or agreement to where my money couldn’t have been refunded. After we moved horses they stopped answering the phone or communicating all toghether . I sent many registered letters and then I took her to court . After winning in court they still haven’t paid what is owed to me. They have blocked all reviews on google and lied to customers about what has happened. Since the reply to my wife's review was basically just a denial of events and the truth... let me put it plainly-- court cases are a matter of public record... so YES my wife did win in court last month, the entire amount of $6400 plus court fees. She wouldn't have won in the court and Jo wouldn't have received a judgement against her if there existed such agreement of this money being non-refundable. So instead of arguing about what is fictitious and what is truth... I will just post links here that anyone can easily access if they want to see plainly what the truth actually is.

To say that court didn't go in our favor is a complete and easily provable LIE. I'm not surprised you would blatantly lie, and deny the filth that came out of your mouth in front of my daughters in my absence either-- I'm sure that wouldn't have happened had I have been there. She is due back today 4/13/18, actually. I'm sure she'll be requesting yet another continuance. How did that strategy work out for you on 3/29/18 , Joanne?? A simple google search of Robert or Nicola Bright and the adress of the farm will bring up a multitude of court cases and lawsuits. Cases that they lost.

Anyone who knows my wife knows she is one of the most kind hearted people-- just ask any current or past boarder at BDF!! They are all still her friends and they can all distinguish between right and wrong- truth and lie , she is so upset that it has all come to this-- court and this online back and forth. But almost $7k is a lot of money-- money I personally had to work for-- out of town away from my family!! I would never just let someone steal from me without a fight... which we took care of in court. And believe me-- we will be receiving payment. There are laws in place to force people to pay their judgements. Can't wait to see the reply to this one-- let me guess-- the links are going to be fictitious?? The government website for kendall county court house is lying?? Let's hear the damage control reply....and I also have been being accused of writing other reviews this is my 1 and only review for this farm.
