My story is about the same   Purchased a upperset  With the first set I looked like Mr Ed with one big front tooth  The were hugh, too white and looked like I bought them at the dollar store. The second set looked like it went thru the dishwasher and again the wrong color.  Eash time they never fit and the wait became longer and longer (now its been six months)   It soon became appeart if I go upseet,  I was punshied and Bill Watson made the wait time longer. The last set only fits on one side.  I send pcitures, made support tickets and got nothing, no respsonse or veneers  Only when I filed a BBB compaint did Bill Watson called me.  He is the oddest man I have ever spoke with  (This is   noted in other consumer's reviews)  He made lot of statements like "I never eally wanted them" "I recorded your phone calls"   No Bill, I wanted to give you $800.00, waste six months of emails and get nothing.  Then he said he was refunding my money and within 5 seconds he said "On second thought Im turning this over to legal department Im suing you"  He is crazy!  Then about two minutes later Laurie Hall leaves a message that Bill has time to think about it and  "wants to work with you "   Right!  All she is good for is collecting your money!  Again,  the lies started  Lauire said the "cured veneer" was sent and it never was,  just another kit to do impressions  Just another lie from Brighter Image Labs

Since they do not respsond to BBB compalints, I think everyone who has been ripped off should contact Fraud Department for Forth Worth Texas Police Deparmtnet  Also consider contacting I-Team Investagates so they can let the public know what this business is doing,  I will.   They cant just take from people and get aaway with it.   Do your research  There are many different sites and names  Dont waste your money by giving it to Bill Watson
