We had charges on our home phone bill from Brilliant Digital ENT. INC. for music downloads @ $19.95/mo.

When we called them, they said, "Well you must have subscribed because we have your personal info", they then proceeded to read back my husband last 4 #'s of his social security # and our home address.

I explained well its hard to subscribe when we didn't have internet or a computer and no one athorized this subscription. They continued to argue saying that they could not refund us our money and said a supervisor would call us the following day (which they never did).

They told us that the web site was kazaa.com. Neither me or my husband had ever heard of the web site before. They said it was for music downloads, what are we going to download it to, we didn't have a compuer or cell phones!

They said they would cancel the subscription and gave us our conf# but of course they charged use on our next bill!
