i went in to the interview for this brilliant marketing firm as they call themselves and it was the worse experience of my life, i applied for this ad on craigslist for directv, first i was alittle concerned due to the fact the ad didnt have a number, and when i got a call from the receptionist, the number was from out of state and she sounded like she was unsure of what she was telling me. she scheduled me in for the next morning and i decided to go see if my experience would get any better from there. When i got there the lady in the lobby from the other company in the building was the only one in the lobby and had call the manager and lethim know that i was here for my interview, now you need to know that my interview was at 9:45 and i got there at 9:30, i thought it was impressive to arrive early, but surely not a good sign tobe there before the manager. Whenhe finally showed up he was with the same lady that booked my interview, it took 20 minutes for him to call me into the office, he was wearing a polo and she was wearing blue jeans, my thought that a ceo or owner of a company should be nicely dressed, not to mention over the phone it was stressed to dress business professional, as well in the email that i was sent with directions. In the interview i was told that i would be working with directv, now everybody is aware of directv and the whole set up sounded like a great opportunity, the only problem is Brandon the guy that interviewed me seemed like he hated his job, the interview was about15 minutes long and all i could think about was when it would end and what did i get myself into, usually when youre looking to hire you are excited well in this case i wanted to fall asleep. His office had like 10 chairs sitting around and was messy and unorganized. He did invite me to go on a observation at the best buy in thecordova mall area. I was going to show up for that but after all the experiences i had i didnt want to waste anymore of my time. I wasnt even going to bother with posting my experience until a friend of mine went in for the same interview and she informed me that her experience was almost the same except the manager this time played as if he was there for an interview and asked if she was nervous then went to the office and came out asking her to come into his office, she also thought it was funny that now on the door was a piece of paper stapled with the directv slogan on it. This company is a joke, more like a young couple trying to make people believe in the scam they have set up. please dont be fooled by Brilliant marketing
