Bring it Home or Epenzio Have not been able to get a web page since July 2001 consumer fraud ripoff Salt Lake City Utah

I answered a letter about a Workshop Bring it home was having in Richland, Washington. I signed up for a Merchant Account and Web Wizard storefront including Clip On Commerce for $2,578.02 that would be supplied by Pacific WebWorks,180 South 300 West #400, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, Phone number 801-578-9020, Fax 801-578-9019.

At the Work Shop, Bring it home was also selling 10 Storefronts for $2500.00 which I almost bought but cancelled within 3 days. My payment for 36 months is $89.95 for the one Storefront including Clip on Commerce. I still do not have a Storefront Web Page or clip-on commerce. I have been trying to call them with no success. I have trouble trying to get the same phone number.

I think Epenzio is the same as Bring it Home. My contract says Olympus Financial, Inc. is financing the money but Fair Financial Services, PO Box 9426, Akron, Ohio 44305, phone 1-800-877-0462 is collecting payments from me. I was being charged an extra $25.00 by 1st National Credit Card Processing, address: 631 N. Stephanie Street Suite 189, Henderson, Nevada 89014 until I put a stop to that by closing my account. Evidently Epenzio has moved to above address.

Their address on my contract is ePenzio, Inc. 2795 East Cottonwood Parkway Suite 120, Salt Lake City, Utah 84121, Phone 801-365-2300, Fax 801-365-1010. There is no seller signature on the contract but the sellers telephone number is 801-365-2244. I would like money back or a storefront with clip-on commerce, if that is possible.
