I attended meeting in Florida "Bring-it-home". Researched the company and decided that it was ok to invest in my future. I set up my Merchants Account through Monterey paying monthly. I also purchased 3 sites (certificates in hand).
My site was never operational nor could I get any help through supposedly a site technician which was included in the cost. I finally get 3 people to sell my certificates to and couldn't get them registered.
The only call backs I received were from representatives trying to get me to take advantage of their sales organization to sell sites to others - the lowest cost being $1,200. Thank God I didn't have the resources to do this.
Epenzio is still debiting my account - this I will address with my bank tomorrow after reading how to handle it.
I worked hard for my money and definitely don't appreciate being ripped off. They should be made to pay everything back plus interest.

Hi Dolores!
Came across your report while seeing if there was anything new on the ePenzio front. You should not have to put out any more monies towards ePenzio aka Avalon as they have gone bankrupt. File a claim complaint with the Utah Consumer Protection Agency to let them know what is going on. Hope that this helps you somewhat and that your bank was helpful as well.
