Brinsfield delivered boat to specified address which was not my home,but was supplied w/ 2 contact numbers and was told to contact me/ buyer prior to drop off.
This did not happen, boat was dropped off w/ out my presence and was only informed of its arrival by property owner.
Upon my arrival I inspected the boat and this is what I found.
No batteries/ supposedly had 2 new ones.
Could not get main engine running
After 3 hours of work got engine running,had bad vibration
Kicker motor- 9.9 Yamaha
Lowrance system
am/fm radio
c.b. radio
winch
horns
fuel lines to kicker
drivers seat suspension collapsed
All items lised above do not work.
After putting the boat in the water main engine suddenly stopped running,appears to be massive internal failure.
Letters, e-mails, phone calls- no responce.

Brinsfields Boat Basin was purchased 9/23/09 by Sellwood Boat Sales.
The sale included all assets and no liabilities of Brinsfields Boat Basin.
We regret any unresolved issues prior to 9/23/09.
