Brio Allegro Beauty Hydra Skin Sciences, Sheridan Labs Inc. Brio. Allegro. Took $103 and $109 Fraudulently from my bank 14 days after requesting samples. Never stipulated any time I was agreeing to anything but $5 samples. Bluffdale Utah/ Clearwate

 On Facebook saw offer for $5 beauty samples. After looking over offer, which had no stipulations anout a time frame to cancel. I bought 2 $5 samples. Look at bank account, realized $103 and $109 were taken out of my bank account without my knowledge. Called my bank to put in Fraud report. After not getting my full amount back from Hydraskinsciences called customer service. Talked 1st to rep. James Foster #58029. Refused to give me full refund. Asked for supervisor. Terry Stevens #58032 got on phone said tgere was a 14 day cancellation period. Explained there was no such written policy I saw when purchasing samples. I agreed to send the samples back as they are unused. Terry said I would be charged $20 for each samole sent back. I complained this is wrong. Then Terry said ge will only charge me $10 per samole returned. Explained to him that means I pay for shipping items back and I'm giving company $15 per sample order. Total of $30 paid out by me for no items at all. Frustrated, I said No, calling my bank.

Called union bank they said they contacted company and nothing tgey can do. Company says I was under 14 day cancellation period. Explained to bank that there was no writing on their page offered through Facebook had no such agreement for stated wgen purchasing the 2 $5 samples. Bank says nothing they can do. Customers responsibility to work it out with the company. The bank denied my claim cause company told them it stated 14 day clause when it didn't. Waiting on a consumer advocate from Union Bank to contact me about qgat I can do to get my funds back from this company. I want all my funds back in my bank, not partial funds. Never received any other items besides the partial shipment of 1 sample and 1 shipment of full sample. Serum and cream. Missing day cream from 1 sample. They haven't given me anything for the $103 and $109 they took out of my account fraudulently. Noticed that others have had bad dealings with this company too. Rip offs. Please help us consumers who have been mislead by this company. Thanks
